Customers are to read and understand our Return/Exchange/Refund Policy before buying.
If customers do not agree with our stated Return/Exhange/Refund Policy, customers are advised to refrain from buying to avoid any foreseeable conflict.
1) Baby24Seven reserves the right to accept or reject any returnable item.
2) Customers may return the baby clothing for exchange if:
a) The item is terribly damaged.
b) The item is massively stained.
c) The item is substantially defective with quality, design and size problem.
d) Baby24Seven mistakenly supplied the wrong item from what has been ordered by customers.
3) All returnable items returned for exchange/refund are subjected to the item not used or not worn or not washed for baby clothing and the packaging is still in the original conditions - with the tags (if any) still attached.
4) The shipping fee for the return item above will be fully borned by Baby24Seven except for international returns. Any shipping fee incurred will be converted into reward points.
5) All returned items will be fully inspected and the decision to accept or reject any returned item is final.
How To Return
1) Customers are required to fill up the Return Form within 2 days of receiving the item.
2) Baby24Seven shall reject any returnable item if the Return Form is incomplete.
3) Customers must also furnish the photo of the return item and send it to us at email@example.com
4) Returnable item should reach our premises within 5 working days from the date of informing us.
5) All returnable items should be return at this address: Baby24Seven PLT, A2-4-4, Pantai Hillpark Phase 1, Jalan Pantai Dalam, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
1) If the returnable items above are out of stock, the customers may order other item of equivalent value or customers may seek a refund from us.
2) However, no cash refund is allowed as a general rule. The value of the return item will be converted into 2x the reward points.
3) Only in rare and exceptional cases would cash refund be allowed.
1) All innerwear items are strictly non-returnable/exchangeble/refundable except if it falls under point (2)(a-d) of the Return/Exhange Policy.
2) All Special Offer items are strictly non-returnable/exchangeable/refundable except it falls under point (2)(a-d) of the Return/Exchange Policy.
3) Customer does not fill up the Return Form or Return Form is incomplete.
4) Item photo displayed in the website is slightly different in terms of color, design and size from the actual product.
5) Size measurement differs by about 1cm - 3cm.
6) Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling.
7) Certain odor smell.
8) Other subjective reasons such as not nice, not comfortable, don't like the color, design or size.
